Finally a guide with pictures AND actual bird songs through QR codes. No more guessing if the bird you saw says twee wee wee, or whatever. Find a picture of the bird you saw, listen to its song. You can do the reverse too; grab a cup of coffee and your phone, and scan the QR codes for birds that should be in your area. Listen to the songs, and discover who’s hanging out on your property! I hope they have a Canadian version too.

Every recipe is fantastic! Instructions are clear, and easy to follow. It’s large size is helpful, but it needs a large surface to place it on. I would recommend a cookbook stand. The nose to tail recipes are fabulous; nothing goes to waste. I have many preserving books; this is by far my favourite!
