Kya hi khoobsurat movie banayi hai, dil bhar aaya hai dekh ke.
The movie depicts an old-times culture where women get married at young ages, do household chores only, are not allowed to follow their dreams, and have to do what men in the homes want, even the food being cooked at home should be of the men's choice.
The movie plot is like- 3-4 newlyweds couples take a train journey after the bride's vidai from mayka to sasural. The wives of 2 men get exchanged as all the brides had long ghunghats. Both the women are totally different, the first one Jaya is all about following her dream to study further, who gets married to a man Pradeep who is brutal and gets married in the lalach of dowry, while the other one Phoolkumari is totally into household chores and so simple who gets a loving husband Deepak.
After being exchanged, Jaya tried to escape from Pradeep and sold her gold jewelry to deposit the admission fee for further studies. Following the process, the Police Manohar thought she belonged to a gang of thieves and arrested her. Phoolkumari stayed with a woman at station Manju who had a tea stall and helped her till the time she was found by Deepak.
After Jaya's arrest, the printer guy in the village came with Phoolkumari's missing poster prints which Jaya got printed by him to search for Phholkumari as she got to know the immense love Deepak had for Phoolkumari.
Based on that poster, Phoolkumari was finally found and reached to her sasural and met Deepak & family. On the other hand, Pradeep came to the police station to pick Jaya up where he slapped her for being missing and selling her jewelry and told her to recover it from her mother. After the incident, Manohar arrested him and Jaya was set free from the monster.
Deepak's family bid adieu to Jaya as she went to pursue her career in organic farming and thanked her for helping to find Phoolkumari. Jaya thanked them for helping her find herself.
What a storyline, and class acting by everyone. We need more movies like this! Kudos and congratulations to all who have been a part of this wonderful masterpiece.
Cheers.
