Way too dark for the majority of the movie. A few scenes not really for young children. Ariel was a total mess from her messed up (burnt orange?) hair to her bad acting and subpar singing voice. Disney has fallen a long way when some random 16-year old kid in his basement probably could have done better. Honestly, the entire movie was a travesty when compared to the original.
