I absolutely love the Soup. The digestive Carrot along with the new Sriracha bone broth are phenomenal. The French Onion and Tylemongrass round out what I use. I have created a 2 step method wear I drink 1 like French Onion or the Tylemongrass at lunch then around 815 to 830pm I drink my digestive Carrot or Sriracha and I have had a great results. I originally weighed 293 in the end of June now down to 265. I also do go to the gym when I can 2 to 3 times a week for 15 to 20 minutes but nothing strenuous.
