This has to go down in the history of Bollywood cinema as one of the best movies the country has ever produced. An absolute gem of a movie that is thought provoking and truly inspirational while at the same time believable. I thought Lagaan was one of the most inspirational movie however this tops even Lagaan. Please take a bow team 12th Fail and thank you for making this movie. I’m speechless.

Definitely a coming of age movie for Sid Malhotra who I had my doubts about but he has proven that he knows how to act. He just needs to choose his scripts carefully which he has done with this movie. He needs to avoid movies like Thank God. This movie was a brilliant one with a gripping screenplay that was dominated by Sid. A must watch, shame this was released on OTT first before theaters.

I think Bollywood should be proud of this film. We really need to encourage this kind of cinema in Bollywood. The script is amazing and gripping. I understand why this movie didn’t make money at the box office Because it can be watched at home on OTT but it’s still an amazing movie.

I thought the movie was good with some good thrills, amazing action, VFX and so forth. They kept the lovey dovey and songs to a minimum which was a nice touch. The problem I had was with the story line which seemed copied from Hollywood . Bad guy wants to destroy the world by releasing an outbreak, we have seen this before multiple times in Hollywood. The other issue I had was the climax which could have been much better. Without giving a spoiler, it seemed a bit unrealistic. This movie will give you a mission impossible feel. All in all a good masala entertainer just could have been so much better. Also seemed a bit similar to War.

What a performance by Shahid Kapoor, if Hollywood has Will Smith we have Shahid Kapoor. Incredible movie

Extremely disappointed in the movie. The movie is built around cricket scenes with very minimum exploration of cricketer’s personal lives. Movie cannot even come close to what Lagan and MS Dhoni did on the same topic. Doesn’t evoke any emotions and scenes are very predictable. Giving one star for Ranveer and actor who played Sreekanth.

Honestly had minimal expectations going in and was expecting another Radha. Will start with the cons first then discuss pros Cons: Loopholes in script from time to time Needed some more crisp editing to delete unnecessary drama scenes Some melodrama included which was unnecessary especially in dying scenes Music is average except background score during action scenes Some violence which is not good for kids- this is definitely not a family movie Pros: Ayush Sharma hands down is the star of the movie. One of the best gangster roles in the history of cinema. Reminds me of a young Sanjay Dutt. Powerpacked performance and acting. Overshadowed Salman Khan who was also good by the way. The action scenes are top notch and shot wonderfully especially the climax scene. Supporting cast has played their part really well The script keeps you engaged Overall the movie had even more potential if the cons were taken care of. But overall definitely paisa wasool watch in theaters.
