Spencer Gates

It was a little slow getting off the ground into some rising action but the third episode was especially action-packed and suspenseful. I loved the brief vignettes reflecting back to his home world and then having that actually parallel right into the main story. The whole plot of him leaving his comfort zone and taking a leap reflected at two different points in his life was some brilliant filmmaking. Also loved the Security Officer actually having a personality with some conscience, excited to see if he will become more imperially polarized or if he will defect to the Rebellion. I love this fresh, new take on Star Wars and am excited to see where it goes.
