I have tried to send a bereavement present to friend and received message that it could not be delivered. No explanation was given. Was told to book a re-delivery and to use courier's number. That was not accepted. Tried several times. Have had no luck at all to find where my gift is, or to book a re delivery . Have had to contact my friend to see if there was any reason why it could not be delivered (there goes the surprise) She offered no explanation and said they receive parcels from Aust Post. So disappointing
