If you look at this movie as simply an attempt at gross out humor, you'll probably join the throngs of less intelligent masses giving awful reviews and 1 stars. If you see it through the lens of satire and dark comedy and the world Tom Green is trying to mock, you will appreciate the genius. This movie was way ahead of its time incorporating a lot of elements that would now be described as "meme humor", and of course plenty of irony.
