Personally I loved it, one of my favourite movies of all time. It’s not for everyone especially those who hate unique movies or extreme violence. I love violent and medieval movies, I also love the history of Europe especially pre Christian Europe. The movie is extremely accurate in terms of clothing, weapons and culture of the people. The ritual they do before raiding a village is more of an ancient thing (7th century at latest). I can’t really see how people see it as boring, there’s always something interesting going on in the movie.
