I love BBC breakfast but I am saddened by the increasingly aggressive political interviews. Contrast that with the fawning interviews of celebrities. It seems that the interviewers are only interested in scoring points, making politicians look stupid or making them apologise. What I'd like is for them to let the politicians speak - we can make up our mind if they don't answer the question. It's not surprising that the public's view of politicians is at an all time low when interviews are so adversarial and the BBC's editors choose to give so much airtime to ex labour and conservative MPs who are not happy with their parties.
