Really like the actress but oh my god what a joke of a concept. This is not how medical errors are handled in the NHS. If it was, there would be no staff. It seems ludicrous. I don't know what is happening with the mysterious Rose caller. Yes there can be bullying in NHS but not in this way where patients are put at risk. I was excited about show but it might be the worst medical drama I have ever watched!
