I've been doing Miranda's Classical Stretch for well over a year and highly recommend, especially for 65 and older. I do every day - it's the only way.
My only issue is that she often stops doing her stretches to explain something when I feel it is most beneficial to keep moving. I've been exercising for over 45 years and most explanations would be for beginners. Her routines are only 22 minutes and I like to make the most of them. Big fan.
