I have read all his short stories and have only read the first one in this new collection. Usually I reserve the word genius for people like Einstein and all the great musicians and artists throughout history. I have added Stephen King to that list with no hesitation.Maybe a good follow up title to his next collection of short stories would be "PITCH BLACK."Long live the King.

Loved it and only got through 3 chapters. David Steinberg is one of my favourite comedy people. So glad lesser known ones are mentioned like Jack Carter whom I never missed on Ed Sullivan. David Steinberg makes me feel proud to be a Jewish Canadian. He is the only great thing to come out of Winnipeg so the city should have a street or highway named after him. Thank you David for being you and writing this book.

Jerry Lacroix one of the greatest singers in rock history. Rest in peace.Smoked a joint with him in Halifax at the old Forum.A humble and decent,generous guy. Miss that voice.

An amazing book perhaps the best of its kind ever but leaving out Bill Dickey and Mickey Cochrane is like leaving out Roger Federer and Rod Laver on a tennis list.Bob Feller said Dickey was the best catcher he ever saw and Lefty Grove said Cochrane was the greatest of them all.
