It was never meant to be like the matrix itself. The movie turned out to be a brilliant love story and a story of trust and faith. The action sequences were not on par with the original but they didn’t need to be when you have a good story to tell. I actually found myself in tears when you think all is lost and then all of sudden it turns on a dime and you cheer the heros on. Not at all what I expected but pleasantly surprised snd throughly entertained.
