It seems that CTV has been reporting about the senior's residential homes in Ontario & Quebec and the number of deaths due to the Coronavirus reflected the how they have been neglected and poorly run. That is all and fine but CTV never talk about who are the people, who own those homes and their responsibilities. It is useless to talk about corporations as they are just faceless entities.
