Horrible!!!! I agreed to a $5 fee to ask a question and when I checked my account the next day the $5 was taken out as well as $35. When I questioned it I was told it was a membership fee. I never agreed to a membership fee. I think it’s aweful that they use a stressful situation to take advantage of people!!!
