I liked the intensity and the pace with which the series moved. Always, have been a fan of courtroom stories that added to the liking. The lead characters played their part well. Also, liked comic timings in b/w by various characters.

The protagonist acted quite well and the story flow kept you hooked. But the accent looked as if the characters were imported.

It is slow and at times focusses on non-essential things like the item number. Yet it leaves a strong message that someone's existence shouldn't be decided by an official paper. The movie makes you envy the corruption which our system beholds.

Slow paced and weak storyline worked against the good character artists in the cast. Though in the end, you would surely relate to the tale, it happens all around us.

An entertainer, full of emotional overturns, tale of comebacks. #RanbirKapoor completely transforms himself into #SanjayDutt. The only weak spot of the movie is its songs. Nevertheless, the movie fills that gap with evergreen numbers of yesteryear.
