The Little Mermaid live action was AMAZING! it somehow even surpassed my expectations, we got to see deeper into the characters, who were perfectly portrayed by the actors like for real, the casting was just perfect🥹 the songs were brilliant, im not usually a fan of musicals but I didn't want the songs to end😭 Halle's voice sent me chills every time she sang and she is soo so beautiful! Ursula/Vanessa was genuinely creepy and actually scary! The entire movie was just beautiful, the underwater scenes were bright and colourful and honestly mesmerising. I actually really loved Scuttle, Sebastian and Flounder a LOT, moreso than in the animation. I think this movie was brilliant and definitely on par with, if not better than the original animated movie💕🧜‍♀️
