The movie was too long, and there were too many boring, unnecessary scenes that the audience could have imagined. The Trump- like villain was extremely believable. Not good.

Bridget ton is entertaining and possesses the Jane Austenesqe drama I have appreciated over the years. I love that “blind casting” was used for this series- like in Hamilton the musical. Also, Rege’- Jean Page is the best part of the series.🥰He’s easy on the eyes, a good actor, and one of the reasons I keep watching. All the naysayers who are taking issue with Black people being apart of the British aristocracy- DEAL WITH IT! It’s blind casting!! It’s historical fiction- no one is trying to give you a history lesson.
