I have not seen much of One Piece, but from what I've seen it's a goofy anime full of adventure. Meaning it is not the kind of anime for people that value maturity and seriousness in a story. One Piece is full of fights and action, it's always moving on to the next task. One big fight after another. I personally don't like stories like this. I prefer stories that take time between story arcs, rather than one after the other. Another thing I don't like about One Piece is the sexist character and power designs for women. Nami is always wearing bras instead of shirts, and all the women are skinny waisted with big breasts. And Nami getting progressively bigger breasts is ridiculous. On the bright side, One Piece has good world building, and the Devil Fruits are all unique and powerful. In a nutshell, One Piece is an action filled, goofy show with good world building. But is also filled with sexist character designs for women.

The Five Nights at Freddy’s movie was good, but not what I was looking for. When I heard FNAF, the iconic horror game series was getting a movie, I was excited as I am a fan who loves the lore. But the movie had basically nothing to do with FNAF. It was it’s own story about a guy who lost his brother, with FNAF being there to help create a good story. I would’ve enjoyed this movie a lot more if I wasn’t a FNAF fan. I was looking for a movie about the FNAF story, and this wasn’t it. I’ll be waiting for the day where we get a real FNAF movie. But about the movie, The animatronics looked incredible! The setting was perfect, looking like I was watching the game itself as a movie! The story was good, but I found the whole “finding my brother” thing kind of lame. Like why does he care so much? I would recommend this movie, but not to a huge Five Nights at Freddy’s fan who loves the lore.

Demon Slayer is undoubtedly one of the most overrated anime series I have seen. Now, before I start, I am not a hater. I used to love this show and still enjoy watching it at times. The only reason I’m calling it overrated is because I have seen shows that are better than Demon Slayer but aren’t as popular. Here is why I find Demon Slayer overrated: - The show does not have a lot of story, mostly just fighting. Demon slayer doesn’t take a lot of time to create story, but focuses on creating lengthy fight scenes that take up 90% of the entire season. It’s enjoyable the first time, but I find it gets tiring and boring to watch. - The characters are mostly stereotypes rather than people. I find that the characters are nothing but personalities that don’t go far from what they are designed to be for the story. For example, Tanjiro is a kind person, but we never see him act any other way. He’s just “Tanjiro, the kind caring guy”. Never shown as anything more. Same with everyone else. (Zenitsu the crybaby, Inosuke the hothead.) And Muichiro and Giyu are basically the same guy? Maybe I’m wrong I don’t know. Demon Slayer did create a funny story with beautiful animation, art, and music though. But that isn’t enough to overshadow the flaws. I have seen stories with much better story and characters than Demon Slayer, and yet this show is incredibly popular. This was a great first anime for me, but nothing more to me. If you want a similar story, I recommend Jujutsu Kaisen.

You may look at My Hero Academia and see it as a “stupid cringy show about superheroes” That just means you’ve only seen the first season. This is a show that matures and it goes on. My Hero Academia’s world is shown to not be a wonderful fantasy, but a world of chaos, cruelty, and confusion. And this just adds to its beauty. The world is so well thought out it’s never been just a setting. In season 6, it is revealed that the line between hero and villain is blurring, and heroes have never had less faith in them. Every character feels like a person, no one is a stereotype. And if a character helps once, they will come back again. Nobody is ever left in the dust. You understand every villain as a human being, what they’ve been through and why they harm others. This anime/manga wraps all these things up and tops it all off with incredible art that leaves you breathless at times. I know this manga has had hate from its fandom, but please don’t hate it for something it can’t control. The fans shouldn’t be able to harm the story. Thank you.
