What an excellent movie! Having seen other bio-pic movies on Elvis and admittedly having a soft spot for The King of Rock-n-Roll….because we share a birthday…I walked in expecting the same story retold with Tom Hanks elevating it with his acting skills. But I was amazed how quickly the audience got sucked through the looking glass and Austin Butler became Elvis… Truly a masterful performance by everyone. I only wish that more real scenes of the actual events could have been spliced into the film….
