This show teach me to realise the value of effort, I can see people keep working hard to develop their skills to achieve their goal. I enjoy watching this show and love all Ninja. I don't see any violence but some games are too hard and risky. I appreciate some Ninjas stop to continue in the event that it's too risky. They also keep them healthy to hit the quality to the higher level year after year. "if it is beyond your capacity come back next year!"
