Partly written in answer to previous review.... I apologise in advance.... sorry!
Looks fab acting fab characters fab, it's like watching a pot of paint waiting to go on the wall to dry. Do you know about bubble gum / pop corn ?
Lots of people have them because they are a treat, a sweet a crave fulfilled. I don't eat a meal when I'm at the cinema because that's not the thing I need fulfilling, well to me that's the 80's sorry Star Wars. It's not gears crunching driving a narrative, it's as it was intended "fantasty" the thing we get lost in. The more we and the studios make it out as some life enduring explanation of the dark skin patch on Lukes face the more it becomes a pimple on the bottom of the whole original story... Canon, stuff that word (excuse) up everybodies coceated arrogant backsides because you know when you try to write an idea solely bases on ticking boxes it dies.. I know I referred to this as cinema because it is, yes it's crossed to the small screen but Jesus don't we know it. If this was a cinema release you've already killed Star Wars forever. Yes it's 2022 but this would not have built an empire in this form..... its already hurt the fun concept so much. That adult audience it's built for have "oh yah" "yah" "oh the characters" "the lack of dodgy sets" and by that then killed the detail skill and love put into the original movies. It's Star Wars for the serious book worm not for the geak.
