My Review of Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous
So I just finished the last episode of season 5 of Camp Cretaceous last night. Not only was it the last episode of the season, but it saddens my heart to have confirmed that it was the grand finale of the show. Camp Cretaceous tells the story of 6 campers outside of the main storyline of Jurassic World, within the same timeline. The graphics show 3D animation at it’s finest, the voice acting is phenomenal, and the story is a beautifully told, captivating, enchanting roller coaster of action, adventure, comedy, and horror. I formed close bonds with each of the main characters (who had SUPERB character development) and even several side characters. I often found my heart racing and became both mentally and emotionally invested in the events and situations conjured by and placed before our young campers. There was also a lot of nostalgia, having the essence of several of the movies throughout. Though I am quite sad in knowing I’ll never be waiting for a new season, the final episode was filled with tears, both happy and sad, and was an extremely satisfying way to end what quickly became one of my all time favorite shows.
Though the journey is over, it will live on forever in my heart. 🦖⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🦕
