I simply loved this movie. It's tells about the struggles people face in the war times. Precisely children, as thy don't get the nutrition they need in those times when rations are comparatively less. Grave of the Fireflies also refers to this movie literally that the lifespan of the fireflies is relatively less also referring to the quote that the most beautiful flowers are picked first.
