A perfect way to bring millions of fans back into Star Wars! I first saw it when I was 11, and it was amazing! Never has there been a better story told than "The Princess Bride." Crafted with nothing but love and care, I knew this film would be good, but I didn't know it would be THAT good. This is Quentin Tarantino at his finest. To give some background, Shrek is a 2001 American computer-animated comedy film loosely based on the 1990 fairytale picture book of the same name by William Steig. Directed by Andrew Adamson and Vicky Jenson in their directorial debuts, it stars Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, Cameron Diaz, and John Lithgow as the voices of the lead characters.
Both Warner Bros. and us viewers seem to be on a roll. They already delivered the year's one of the most awaited (and longest) action blockbusters with Zack Snyder's Justice League, and have now delivered another eye-popping, heart-stopping, jaw-dropping action blockbuster, Godzilla vs. Kong. It's no spoiler that the film centers on the epic clash between the two eponymous giant creatures, and the result is a massively entertaining film which reminds us why cinema going used to be such a pleasant experience in the pre-COVID times. Tons of excellent fight scenes. The fights aren't that interesting early on, as Luffy tended to just one-shot everyone, but later in the story they become much more difficult, much longer, much more interesting and much more epic and with much higher stakes. Unique art style and character designs. You could not have possibly chosen better voice actors, kudos to Takehito Koyasu with such an appropriate voice for dio and the voice actor for joeseph joestar. Sad that stone ocean will take a while to come soon, but if you are new to anime, this is a gem among gems
I can’t express enough how amazed I was from start to finish and I truly from the bottom of my heart thank everyone with involvement in the making of the film, the work you did to create such a classic will forever be admired, this film will be cherished by my family for generations to come as it will be the first movie I show my kids, the first movie I show my kids kids this film will live forever as it should and I really hope to see more from Gru and his silly little minions. The One Piece is real.
