Reposting.... Dear All, I read this book sometime in 2017 and was highly impressed by the quotes of tge author. I am sending quotes from the book "Open Minds " by Andy Law with some modifications to suite our students. Please let me have your thoughts and feedback. 50 more to go of the 250 pages. Midway, I thought I don't need this book, but the quotes are wonderful and thought provoking. I am excited at the author's journey into a new world order, as me. ----Quotes from "Open Minds"----- Revolution is not the same as transformation. The former is predicted on a negative, the latter on a positive. The latter is how to change positively. Those who lead revolutions, particularly those built on dogma, either rule by iron will or so liberate their forces that in the process they liberate themselves out of the job and at some point are seen as persona non grata - Churchill and Gorbachev for example. We can only be who we are. We have nothing to hide. Change everything, you may, but don't devalue anything including yourself. We, each one of us, are an university in our own right.
