As history buffs especially 20th century, my wife and I were excited to finally watch this film however we were left quite disappointed by the editing the convoluted story the pace and the character development which was virtually non-existent. If someone had no history or experience with anything to do with the Oppenheimer story they would be left even more confused. It almost seems like a great movie was put together and then the editing was hodgepodge and panicked, however that can't fully be the case because the character development is also nil. The female characters are insufferable and my wife couldn't stand them they didn't seem realistic and seems like generation Z but back in the forties. There are plenty of good people in gen Z don't get me wrong but what I mean is they seem to have certain personality traits that are more common now than back in. This movie was absolutely overrated and rode on the tailsof the Barbie movie during the summer of 2023
