I feel like they picked girls out just for the show, got their real estate licenses real quick, and threw them together. With selling sunset, its been an established brokerage.. this seemed thrown together just for a show. The level of unprofessionalism was off-putting and constant putting each other down and the negativity. I understand all reality tv shows have drama, but this seemed desperate. The women are beautiful nonetheless and I was really hopeful but as an up n coming agent, the only thing I learned from this show is what NOT to do.. as a leader, as an agent, as a colleague..
