I find the show highly entertaining but the teams’ routes are definitely unfair. Team North America has had to hike up mountains in freezing cold icy terrain, carry canoes on their backs up steep forested mountainsides, rock climb a giant sheer cliff face, all the while camping in tents In severe weather conditions the entire way. Meanwhile team Asia’s biggest challenge has been navigating train, bus, and boat schedules while sleeping in hotels.
