Even better than I remember the arcade and SNES games being. Even discounting nostalgia it's a great brawler, but it nails the nostalgia part as well with plenty of callbacks to the cartoon and original games.
If you're a fan of the Turtles or brawlers then you owe it to yourself to check this out.
