If you watch this show with expectations that it’ll reflect what is like to be an actual rookie you will be disappointed. It is all “TV logic”. The name of the show is the rookie hence the rookie (s) get put into some wild, and of course unrealistic situations. The actors have great chemistry on screen. I laugh! I cry! I love it. There’s a little bit of everything and something in it for viewers of all demographics.

This would’ve been a great movie for teens, except there’s all the cussing and violence. This is the poorest depiction of Caribbean accents I’ve ever heard, it’s nearing insulting. The plot was interesting, but the movie itself was terrible in my humble opinion.
