It would be worth five stars but for one detail: 99% of the USS Bainbridge crew and 100% of the Navy SEALs were played by white men. Yes, the Navy SEALs are mostly white men, but that's a problem and a problem created by the fact that Navy SEALS are never portrayed black or hispanic or Asian. The SEALS aren't recruited. They have to "self select," but you don't "self select" unless you have an image of that as a possibility for yourself in the first place, you have to identify. That is why having at the very least one hispanic Navy SEAL as part of the cast would have made such a big difference. This movie had an opportunity to help move forward racial equity and they blew it.
