The good: I liked it because it was fun and silly, it has some cringeable moments but its also cheesy in a good way. If you take the show seriously then you won't enjoy it. I liked the twist they had as each episode moved on, I had no idea what route they were gonna take and it keeps you interested. For those people who said that there were too many gay plot lines, I don't see any problems with it, its just who the characters are. I don't see them complain when all the characters in TV shows are straight. Also, this is a coming of age story, i think these characters being part of the lgbt community are needed to push the plot forward and for character development.
The bad: okay what is up with the first episode having like a kpop song play every 5 minutes with no context?? It feels like they're really pushing the I'm in Korea = k-drama and k-pop vibe. Also the episodes should have been longer, I feel like the story could've been developed more, sometimes it felt a little rushed jumping from one plot point to another. Because of this, the crushes and love lines sometimes felt like it wasn't well developed enough to convince me like with Yuri, I didn't feel that romance vibe between them so that was a surprise but I didn't mind it. Also sometimes the acting was a bit stiff.
The reason why I'm giving it 4 stars is because I like the storyline and cast chemistry. Although it had some flaws, I still enjoyed it for what it is and hope a season 2 is coming.
