Jeni Marr

All lead and supporting cast are superb. I hope there are many academy award nominations and winners from this film. They would be well deserved. Ms. Hudson is very strong in this role. Her singing is emotional, heartfelt and beautiful. Aretha got it right in tapping Ms. Hudson to portray her in this movie. I’ve seen it twice and enjoyed it more the second tim!
