I really enjoyed the show! I only have a couple of complaints 1) the voice acting and the expressions on faces just don't match a lot of the time. The character will be animated screaming but the voice actor is just simply talking. This isn't always bad but it happens enough to throw me off. Probably not a big deal for most people. 2) I wish this show was marketed differently. I really did enjoy the new story but I do kinda feel cheated. The whole way it's been advertised as a reimagining of the comics. Edgar wright even said it would be with a slight spin on things. However, it is a completely different story (aside from characters). Scott is barely in the show. Ramona is the main character and we still miss out on the development of a lot of the other characters (stephen, envy, kim, knives) just like in the movie. I honestly wish this was advertised as a Ramona spin off in some way. So while I did still love this show, my expectations were to get a Scott Pilgrim show not a Romona show so it was hard not to be slightly disappointed at times while watching.

Easily one of the best marvel movies to date. The themes in this film are very heavy and emotional. Most of the payoffs are done very well and are once again very emotional. The CGI in this film is incredible. I honestly think it’s one of the best looking marvel films to date. The cinematography and action sequences are outstanding. I only have a few complaints regarding this movie. If you don’t want spoilers, then stop reading this right now. Some of the jokes fall a bit flat (as is the case in basically every phase 4 movie) but I’d still say it’s easily the funniest of the phase 4 films. I think Adam Warlock could’ve been developed a bit more. Personally, I would’ve had him team up with the guardians once he saw what the High Evolutionary was doing to counter-earth. Throughout the movie he’s clearly displayed that he has somewhat of a moral compass and I think it would’ve made sense for him to realize that what was happening to counter earth would eventually happen to the sovereigns. The High Evolutionary clearly did not care about any life form he created unless they were perfect and he would eventually eradicate those less than perfect creations. It would’ve even made sense if Adam Warlock teamed up with the guardians after the High Evolutionary killed his mom. Instead we get a cheap Star Lord death fake out (this scene would’ve been better if Peter just made the jump) where Adam Warlock decides to save Peter because Groot said he deserved a second chance on the High Evolutionarie's ship... (this was just lazy writing in my opinion). That is quite literally my only big complaint though and considering Adam Warlock is barely in the movie I’m more than comfortable just overlooking it.
