I love william but this movie kinda sucked, the suspense is and plot is much more psychological than scary which made the movie feel and seem pretty real. If you want something to watch that’s easy to relate to and visualize happening in real life then it’s not too bad. but there were a few plot holes and overall it was lacking interesting parts. a dip into mikes or jenna’s life or mental state during the movie could’ve definitely helped it out and probably made it way more enjoyable. also the cliffhanger was less of a cliffhanger and more just confusing, but you do feel for the characters and get emotional at times, so it’s not too terrible.

One of the best horror movies I’ve seen in a long long time. I only say this movie 30 minutes ago and had to write a raving review for it. The story line is amazing, and the depth in plot kept you on your seat during the entire movie. When you thought something was going to happened, the opposite will happen in the best way possible. The cinematography was absolutely perfect, the way the camera movies with the actors and adds a sense of reality to your viewing. And I can guarantee it will scar you. Not too much gore or unneeded horror, just enough to make sure your heart will race. This is a thousand percent a movie you have to watch in theatres to get the best out of it, and there’s nothing bad I can say about it. Brilliant work.

I’m gonna go all out movie reviewer here bc i feel conflicted. Overall: 7/10 acting: 5/10 story: 8/10 graphics: 4/10 I feel like it’s a pretty good movie, the people who are giving super low rating are probably just caught up on the poor CGI and the holes in the story. If the writers were able to fix up the places where the story becomes confusing, or you seem to jump in time it would be a lot better to watch. There was still a lot of suspense especially at the beginning of the movie, and I feel like there were a lot of places that packed a good scare and shocked you. I definitely got jump scared once or twice and was rightfully left grossed out after some scenes. that being said it wasn’t so horribly bad that the movie was unwatchable or boring, i think it was just a good idea that wasn’t properly executed. However like I said the CGI is definitely lacking. There’s parts in the movie where the graphics are so bad it takes away the seriousness and the scar factor of the scene. Not all of them are bad by any means, I feel like they got a lot of them done well enough it was believable and didn’t take anything away from it. But when the bad scenes come on you know they’re bad. I’m not quite sure if this movie was low budget and that’s why the animations weren’t top quality, but it definitely was a let down. Over all I do think it was worth the watch, you just have to take it with a grain of salt. There’s more positive to the movie then there is negative, and there definitely was an effort put into the whole thing. Not my favourite, not the most bone chilling horror movie ever, but I do think it’s a great option to watch with friends or when you want to be able to go to bed right afterwards.
