I was incredibly lukewarm on this movie. I really liked the characters and how they intertwined, but the plot was one of the weakest. And there was almost no pokemon battles, and ones that were present were brief. The music was probably my least favorite part of the movie. It was I credibly generic and made me feel little to no emotion. The trailer made it seem like this epic coming together if various people. And while they did come together, there was never really any tension. I never felt like they were truly in danger. If I want to feel something for this movie, I will just watch the trailer again.
