I’d give a zero star if I could. The series "The Idol" struggles to offer meaningful content, filled as it is with excessive nudity, sex scenes, and the glamorization of smoking. Its storyline lacks substance, with the normalization of these explicit elements contributing to an inauthentic narrative. Disappointingly, the title "The Idol" is misleading and perhaps inappropriate. Instead of portraying characters who could serve as positive role models, it presents figures that young adults and teenagers should not look up to as idols. Altogether, this series disappointingly falls short of the compelling, value-adding cinematic experience that viewers might expect.
