I have finally sent my box off which has been packed for 2 months. They say the label is for up to 20kg, but post office says only up to 500g. I messaged them over and over for a higher value label they just said stick thst on its ok. I emailed about a pick up never got a response. I was just about to give up and use another company when another label arrived. It still wasn't correct but post office sent it anyway and charged postage to them somehow. I'd used vintage cash cow previously their labels are of higher value.. But didn't get anywhere near what the stuff was worth. I think they are all pretty stingy. I wouldn't send things like gold, I'd be scared of it getting lost
