My first read was “the Lincoln lawyer” way better than the movie with “Mathew McConaughey“. Still, a good movie. But Mickey Haller is not in this series. Pending contract arrangements might differ with the Lincoln lawyer series. But, I have read 16 books from Michael Connelly, working on getting more. But this series mixes up all the books as, well it should in real life. Honestly Titus Welliver I hated his character in transformers, but he, and their directer nailed “Bosch” from the books on point! Props to “Titus Welliver” and “Madison Lintz” as Maddie. You did not fail, just as stubborn and ruthless as the books!
