As with most major media “ news” programs, CBS, just like the rest, is refusing to broadcast the news that affects their viewers and doing a disservice to them. By refusing to report on the reasons for the economic impact of higher prices for less product or why oil prices are higher than they were in the last few years, you just skirt the issue. No in depth reporting as to the corporate rape of American citizens by having record profits and the huge salaries of their CEO’s! Try reporting on the oil industry and how they are having huge profits while consumers suffer. Try reporting on just how deranged that one politician is and how he acts and speaks at one of his rallies! America should have the right to understand just what has happened to one entire political party! America’s future as a democracy truly hinges on the upcoming presidential election and yet, in order to get the most accurate information, one must seek out news sources online. If our democracy is not important enough to be reported by the mainstream media, where most people have access, then what is? I have found myself refusing to listen to news media that is not reliable enough to warrant reporting on the future of America! It is absolutely essential that media outlets and journalists should be allowed to report on this. We send our military overseas to fight for democracy’s of our allies but yet, we are watching the destruction of our political parties and the most serious threat from within than America has ever experienced! It’s past time that major media outlets MUST start focusing more on this very serious threat to our own country. No one is going to be coming to the rescue of our country if we continue to allow this nonsense. Start reporting on what we really need to know and less on what the network executives think is important. It will be the news broadcasters that will be our warriors who will win or loose this very war on our own soil.

Good Morning America was once my main morning routine. Once the cast changed, I did as well. I am still waiting on all of the major media outlets to report on the ex president and his rallies! This person is not a normal politician, he’s crazy! His cognitive decline is quite obvious as you listen to him! News outlets have a responsibility to report the news! This is not a normal Democrat vs Republican election! This is truly about American democracy! What’s at stake is far more important than to treat reporting as just another political season! Wake up or assume you’re complicit behavior!
