TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Movers were fine, although a little slow. The only real issue was the amount we were quoted was SIGNIFICANTLY less than what we were charged in the end. The services and "supplies", the "trip" fee when we were already charged an 18% gas fee was outrageous. Fees were not properly explained. When they asked for payment and I noticed that they were trying to charge us $2150 for 4.5hrs of moving, only 7 miles down the road, I called the office and tried to explain that these fees were not explained and the guy said “no ma’am, no one told you that! That’s a lie, etc etc.” Unnecessarily rude! We felt very cheated and will likely not use your services again.
