The silent patient is a good suspense fiction. The starting of the book will make you hungry for the truth. And you'll suspect each and everyone and formulte every possible reason for the murder. But the twist is a twister itself. You'll wonder, get excited, laugh, then read the para again to know you read the write thing.. And I didn't hate the ending. A good book! Loved it!
