Worst film I have seen in past ten years. Loaded with gory, bloody violence with no plot line, no story, no explanation of anything.
Just plain horrible movie!!!!

A brilliant film which takes you on a wild ride trying to understand the turbulent life detours of a brilliant mind. Cate Blanchett is captivating as that turbulent, unsettled genius in search of meaningfulness in her life.
Her luncheon scene with Lawrence Fishburne on its own deserves an academy award nomination for best actress.
See this film.... the acting and the cinematography in Antarctica make this a rewarding and valuable introspective experience.
