By far the worst incompetent freight company i have ever dealt with! Firstly trying to book pickup for one item was difficult due to glitches in their system. Then having to contact the company several times in one day over many days to confirm pickup booking and request the item to be collected only to be told they cannot find our booking. Constantly put on hold to be passed on with no resolve. Then finally after few days the booking was finally found, yet still had to contact company to actually collect item. Recieved email over weekend indicating our item was not labelled which is absolutely false! There was labels on item! No tracking was given for item in transit and now item collected is potentially lost, not one person can confirm who collected item which is a big concern. This item is expensive and now we have an angry customer due to delay and stuff around. This has now cost us $$. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING THIS FREIGHT COMPANY! Absolutely appauling service and unreliable. Extremely dissapointed.
