Script could be better written, felt rushed. But I like that we finally see a reality that a toxic relationship isn’t healthy! So for that i award three stars. Actors are great, just the dialogue sucks balls, also whoever directed it could of done a lot better, it was way to choppy… The doctor scene felt irrelevant and thrown in there, it didn’t really lead to anything bigger. So don’t really understand why that was kept in, I do feel the timeline was WAY too rushed, six months of therapy and wow he’s a reformed guy!??? No it doesn’t quite work like that, but I am glad to see progress with this toxic asf character! I liked the ending I’m HAPPY that we are showing the reality of a toxic relationship which is why I’m awarding three stars. I hope the next movie doesn’t feel so rushed, and focus is laid heavily on the examples we are giving to the younger generation, of what is a healthy relationship and what isn’t, regardless of love! Solid 3/5 ⭐️ for me.
