The message of the film is appropriate for the time. Why James Corbin selected as a gay actor? There are gay actors who could of had the role and did it better justice. James portrayed a gay actor with typical stereotypes. Love Nicole Kidman but her acting was over the top. I am not sure if Ryan Murphy wanted this type of dramatization but made the film unbearable to watch.
