i started my spiritual journey starting of 2023, before a week i came back from isha foundation coimbatore, i went there as a volunteer for the first time, when i was coming back from isha ashram, in dehli bus stand there was a bookseller guy who came to me and asked me to buy some book, i just read to title of book and took it, after reaching home when i started reading this book i got surprised how beautiful this book comes to my life at perfect time.. i just completed 1 chapter, after coming from ashram there are so many similar thought mentioned in this book the way now i m thinking, i will complete it soon, thank you so much jay shetty for this book
