Recommended by many, I couldn't Fully attached with the author nor fully could perceived merely as a spectator. The different phases of therapy sessions takes through the prompts of authors lifestyle, & like a moral of the story, there's learning at the end of every chapter. Everyone has different experience of mental struggle, this book neither plays a guidance nor a manual of how to handle such sensitive moments, it simply makes you question about how you would like to know yourself, better if through a different, more positive lens, and accepting yourself better. To start 2023 with self reflection, this Book plays a key role in how to start talking about yourself, to yourself, in a more kinder way. Although being a short book, it is to be savoured chapter by chapter, not turning pages just for the sake of reading its content. There's no special arc, or any major twist, because this book is not like any other novel, its simply a part-memoir, journal, snippets of candid conversation, Worth read once⭐⭐⭐⭐
